William NygardWilliam Nygard is the CEO of BridgeGate International.  Bill is a solutions-oriented business executive with over 30 years of information technology management experience. He has been instrumental in providing technical and business leadership to new product development and continuing operations. He has worked in multiple industries, always using current technology to solve today’s business needs and pursuing new technology to be prepared for future needs.

Bill has been the interim CIO for Herae and MedImpact,  helping them develop and execute an IT strategic plan to support their business plan

Bill was the cofounder and CTO of MedInitiatives, a SaaS Business Intelligence company which focused on HealthCare. Bill was responsible for the strategic design and implementation of the company’s technical and business architecture.  Bill oversaw application design and development, training, account management and issue resolution.

Prior to MedInitiatives, Bill served as Vice President of Operations and Information Systems for a national pharmacy benefit management company. He was responsible for all Information Technology development and operations for the corporation.  During this time, he oversaw all technology initiatives for its clients. He was also responsible for overseeing day-to-day customer service activities associated with these plans.  Bill was involved in technology development initiatives to make better use of transactional data with business intelligence technology.

Bill has held engineering positions at Lockheed’s Space Division and Caterpillar Tractor as well as progressive information technology management positions with, IBM, Dysan, and Source Services.

Bill has a Master’s degree in Computer Science from the University of Santa Clara and a bachelor’s degree in Aeronautical Engineering from the University of Minnesota. He has also completed studies at the UCLA Graduate School of Management and the IBM Management School.

Scott-SerdivanScott Sirdevan is the co-founder and Chief Information Officer of BridgeGate International, and is focused on the strategic positioning of BridgeGate technology. Scott is the lead inventor on the three BridgeGate patents. His focus at BrigdeGate is to enable customers to bring together data from multiple systems to the point of decision. Scott began his professional software development career at the Centers for Disease Control in Atlanta, Georgia, working on software in support of statistical research aimed at controlling the spread of malaria and AIDS.  After his work at the CDC, Scott spent more than two decades leading extremely complex system integration and development projects for major companies such as AT&T Bell Laboratories and Bank of America. In 1999, Scott joined a team to work on the SkyMall e-commerce project and subsequently co-founded BridgeGate International.  Scott earned his M.S. in Computer Information Systems at Kansas State University.

Billy-WaldropBilly Waldrop, MBA is the Vice President of Operations for BridgeGate International and is responsible for overseeing support and services as well as establishing and managing policies and procedures for day-to- day operations. Billy has spent his 15-year career managing and developing complex systems for the manufacturing and healthcare industries. He assisted in launching the joist division of CMC Steel into the 21st century with his knowledge of systems design and project management. He went on to spend nearly 10 years at the Mayo Clinic, where he supervised and directed teams responsible for the development and support of critical Patient Financial Services systems. He was also responsible for the design and implementation of Mayo Clinic’s Electronic Medical Records delivery system. He has a strong background in process engineering, defining clear-cut policies and procedures, and designing system architectures that achieve significant business results. Billy holds an MBA and a B.S. in Professional Management, both from Nova Southeastern University, along with management certifications from the Mayo Clinic.

Zane Schott

Zane Schott is the Vice President of Business Development for BridgeGate International. With 20 years of experience, he is an accomplished IT veteran in designing and deploying innovative integrated solutions across the healthcare and insurance industries.  He began his healthcare and integration technology career as a consultant with Eli Lilly where he helped work on pharmaceutical subscribe/publish databases.  After Eli Lilly, he worked on process improvement, quality control and data integration projects at FedEx, Anheuser-Busch and GE Power Systems.  Zane joined the corporate IT department of Anthem/Wellpoint Health Insurance where he worked on automating Medicare claims, customer service processes, and fraud and abuse systems.  He then joined AEGON, the fourth largest insurer in the world where he was responsible for developing a consolidated agent compensation system.  For the State of Kentucky, Zane consolidated and integrated UNIX legacy systems with other systems and helped build out a single platform that communicated with other state systems.  Zane contracted with the Centers for Disease Control (CDC) and had a lead role in automating the data collection for HIV Counseling, Testing and Referral (CTR) forms used by all states and major municipalities. He also helped create a custom DNA forensics LIMS solution at Orchid Cellmark, providing an auditable chain-of-custody of data to track all human interactions with specimens, results of which interfaced into the FBI CODIS database.
